IMPS 2024 Venue and Hotel

Overview

This year, IMPS will be held in Prague, Czech Republic. The Educational
sessions and the Poster Session (with refreshments) will be located at the Prague University of Economics and Business, located at nám. Winstona Churchilla 1938/4, 130 00 Praha 3-Žižkov (50°04’57.6″N 14°26’29.7″E).

The Welcome Reception will be held at Karolinum, the representative headquarters of Charles University, located at Ovocný trh 560/5, 110 00 Staré Město (50°05′11.0″N 14°25′25.0″E).

The Student Dinner Mixer will take place at Pivnice Obecní dům (Pilsner pub Municipal house), náměstí Republiky 1090/ 5 111 21, Praha 1 – Staré Město (50°05’15.5″N 14°25’41.6″E).

The Closing Banquet Reception will be held as a boat cruise; the boat will depart from Dvořákovo nábř., 110 00 Josefov, Prague (50°05’31.5″N 14°24’59.8″E).

Hotels

The IMPS 2024 Program Committee has arranged a limited courtesy hotel room block at the Hilton Old Town Prague Hotel which is the IMPS headquarter hotel this year.

This negotiated hotel rate is only offered for a limited time and on a first-come, first-served basis pending availability or until the discounted IMPS group rate expires. 

Important Note: Please be aware of Hotel scam email inquiries to arrange and book an attendee/speaker hotel reservation for this year. The Society has NOT arranged this type of service and would like to caution attendees to not accept these type of offers. All hotel information that is recommended by the Society will be located on the IMPS 2024 conference website only.
