IMPS 2018 was held at Columbia University in New York City, USA, from July 10 through July 13, with preconference short courses on July 9.  There were 505 participants. The local organizers were Dood Kalicharan, Jingchen Liu, Zhiliang Ying, Matthew Johnson, and Hok Kan (Brian) Ling, at Columbia University.
