Annual Meeting
IMPS 2024
July 16-19, 2024 (Short Courses July 15)
IMPS is the annual meeting of the Psychometric Society, a professional organization devoted to the development of psychology as a quantitative rational science, including the advancement of theory and methodology for behavioral data analysis in psychology, education, and the social and behavioral sciences generally. Submissions to the conference can be made by members or nonmembers of the society, and in the areas of individual oral paper presentations, individual poster presentations, and organized symposia. The conference program also includes various keynote and invited speakers.
The IMPS 2024 Annual Meeting is scheduled to be an in-person meeting. The conference is hosted by the Czech Academy of Sciences, in partnership with the Prague University of Economics and Business, the Charles University, and the Psychometric Society. The conference will take place at the Prague University of Economics and Business, located within 10 minute walk from the main train station (Hlavní nádraží) and only a 20 minute walk to Old Town. IMPS Proceedings
Starting in 2012, the Psychometric Society has published a Proceedings volume in tandem with the Annual Meeting. Society members can access these volumes by logging in via the button at the top of the page, then navigating via the small drop-down menu that appears on the right.

Hosting IMPS
General Information
Annual Meetings of the Psychometric Society have been held since 1935. The meeting has come to be called International Meeting of the Psychometric Society (IMPS). The meetings have been held in many countries, including the United States, China, Canada, the Netherlands, Germany, England, Japan, Chile, Italy, and Hong Kong, and are usually in June or July. Attendees and presenters typically come from about 30 different countries.
