Overview

Conference Registration

Conference registration and information desk will be available in the Belmeloro Building (ground floor) at the University throughout the Annual Meeting, July 11 to July 15. A representative from the National Office is available to offer assistance during the Conference to answer questions, renew memberships, or assist those interested in joining the Psychometric Society.

  • Monday, July 11 9:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (09:00-15:30)
  • Tuesday, July 12 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (09:00-16:00)
  • Wednesday, July 13 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (09:00-17:00)
  • Thursday, July 14 9:00 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (09:00-12:30)
  • Friday, July 15 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. (09:00-15:00)

Short Course Only Registration

Registration via email, fax, or mail is also possible by completing the and returning to the contact information for the Psychometric society therein.

Important Dates and Fee Information

  • Presenters must register no later than May 1, 2022, or your presentation will be removed from the program.
  • Early registration ends May 9, 2022.  Registration prices after this date will increase.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Registration fees include a 22% Value Added Tax (VAT). This is a one-time tax on each fee required by the Italian Government. Note that the VAT has to be paid by all attendees, except if you are employed by an Italian company that has an Italian VAT number. If this is the case, please contact info@psychometricsociety.org for a special registration code.

Registration fees include:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Access to the IMPS Conference smart phone app and program materials
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments Tuesday to Friday
  • Welcome Reception with appetizers
  • Optional 2-hour walking city tour excursion
  • Friday evening Closing Banquet dinner

  • Non-Member: $600
  • Student: $250
  • Retired Member: $250
  • Developing Countries* Attendee: $250

Late registration (after 9 May 2022)

  • Regular Member: $625
  • Non-Member: $725
  • Student: $375
  • Retired Member: $375
  • Developing Countries* Attendee: $250

*IMPS will discount the registration fee for attendees from Developing Countries as defined by the World Bank. A list of countries according to global economies are noted below (or here) that are eligible for this conference discount.

Additional Admission Fees

  • Banquet Only Guest Registration – $80.00 (Banquet ticket for guest of attendee)
  • Full Guest Registration – $120.00 (Guests of meeting attendees are invited to attend the banquet, excursion, and all receptions. This ticket does not provide access to the meeting sessions)

Cancellation Policy

  • A $100 processing fee will be applied if you cancel conference registration on or before May 31, 2022 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be given after May 31, 2022.
  • A $50  processing fee will be applied if you cancel short course registration on or before May 31, 2022 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be given after May 31, 2022.

Invitation Letter

Request an IMPS 2022 Invitation Letter

The Program Committee and Local Hosts are not responsible for establishing your travel arrangements or obtaining visas. However, in order to assist with the travel visa application process, we will provide upon request a letter of invitation to attend the Annual Meeting. Letters can be given to authors of papers that have been accepted and to non-authors who have paid the conference registration fee. The invitation letter will be provided in the form of a PDF file via email.
