Conference Registration

Short Course Only Registration

If you are registering for both a Short Course and the Conference, please use the registration link above. If you are registering for a Short Course Only and not registering for the full conference, register using this link: Short Course Only Registration.

Alternative Registration Method

Registration via email, fax, or mail is also possible by completing the IMPS 2024 Registration Form and returning to the contact information for the Psychometric society therein.

Important Dates and Fee Information

  • Presenters must register no later than May 15, 2024, or your presentation will be removed from the program.
  • Early registration ends May 15, 2024.  Registration prices after this date will increase.

Note: All prices are in US dollars (USD). Registration fees include a 21% Value Added Tax (VAT). This is a one-time tax on each fee required by the Government of the Czech Republic. Note that the VAT has to be paid by all attendees, except if you are employed by an Czechia company that has an established registered VAT number. If this is the case, please contact info@psychometricsociety.org for a special registration code.

Registration fees include:

  • Admission to all sessions (Tuesday – Friday)
  • Access to the IMPS Conference smart phone app and program materials 
  • Tuesday-Friday: Morning and afternoon refreshments
  • Tuesday: Welcome Reception with appetizers
  • Wednesday: Poster Session event
  • Wednesday: Student Dinner Mixer (students only)
  • Thursday: Optional 2-hour walking city tour excursion
  • Friday: Closing Banquet

2024 IMPS Registration Fees

Early Bird (on or before 15 May 2024)

  • Regular Member: $500
  • Non-Member: $600
  • Student: $250
  • Retired Member: $250
  • Developing Countries* Attendee: $250

Late registration (after 15 May 2024)

  • Regular Member: $625
  • Non-Member: $725
  • Student: $375

  • Developing Countries* Attendee: $250

*IMPS will discount the registration fee for attendees from Developing Countries as defined by the World Bank. A list of countries according to global economies are noted below (or here) that are eligible for this conference discount.

Additional Admission Fees: 

  • Banquet Only Guest Registration – $110.00 (Banquet ticket for guest of attendee.)
  • Full Guest Registration – $150.00 (Guests of meeting attendees are invited to attend the banquet, excursion, and all receptions. This ticket does not provide access to the meeting sessions.)

Cancellation Policy

A $100 processing fee will be applied if you cancel conference registration on or before May 31, 2024 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be given after May 31, 2024.

A $50 processing fee will be applied if you cancel short course registration on or before May 31, 2024 (midnight PDT). No refunds will be given after May 31, 2024.

Invitation Letter

Request an IMPS 2024 Invitation Letter

The Program Committee and Local Hosts are not responsible for establishing your travel arrangements or obtaining visas. However, in order to assist with the travel visa application process, we will provide upon request a letter of invitation to attend the Annual Meeting. Letters can be given to authors of papers that have been accepted and to non-authors who have paid the conference registration fee. The invitation letter will be provided in the form of a PDF file via email.
