Technical Support Options

Overview

Important points to keep in mind:

  • To attend any OnDemand or LIVE STAGE Sessions, all attendees must create an ExOrdo Account.

  • If you already have an ExOrdo account set up from your presentation/poster submission, simply log in with that existing account information. (The email on the existing account must be associated with the email you registered for the IMPS conference.)

  • In order to access the virtual platform, all attendees MUST ALSO download the Cisco WebEx Application.

  • After installing Cisco WebEx, all sessions will be launched automatically within Ex Ordo; visit this link. You should not attempt to launch sessions from within WebEx.

If you have completed the above steps, below are some options for technical support, in case something goes wrong:

  • If you’re just a little stuck, there is a handy knowledge base that answers some FAQs and guides you through our system that you may find your answers here.

  • If you are unsuccessful to logging in due to your system limitations, and prefer to call in to attend a session via audio only, please contact the Psychometric Society National Office staff the day of your session to receive the conference call # for specific stage(s). Email: info@psychometricsociety.org; Phone: +1-608-268-4712. (Please plan accordingly and not request this information last minute, as we cannot guarantee the support staff response turn around.)
