Closing Banquet Reception

Join us for a Boat cruise on Vltava River

This year, we are excited to elevate our Closing Conference Banquet Reception with a unique experience. The event will take place on the evening of Friday, July 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., following the last day of educational sessions.

We invite you to join us for a memorable three-hour cruise aboard the luxurious Grand Bohemia. This super-modern, glass-roofed boat offers undisturbed views of Prague’s monuments from the deck or directly from the open deck. You can look forward to a unique and unforgettable experience, featuring a stylish buffet dinner where you can choose according to your taste.

The cruise includes passing through the Smíchov lock twice and by the most beautiful Prague monuments illuminated by night – Charles Bridge, National Theatre, Rudolfinum, Prague Castle

The boat will depart from Dvořákovo nábř., 110 00 Josefov, Prague (50°05’31.5″N14°24’59.8″E ; link to Google Maps). Transportation to and from the boat is on your own.

Attendees should arrive at the boat landing between 5:45 p.m.-6:00 p.m. The boat will start welcoming guests to board at 6 p.m. 

Important: The boat will depart at 6:25 p.m. sharp! (Participants please be sure to not be late as there will be no late comers to join this event. If an attendee/guest misses the boat no refunds will be granted.) 

Your guest is also welcome to attend the banquet for an additional fee. Please be sure to arrange this ahead of time to ensure a ticket is reserved by selecting this on the registration online form or via pdf downloadable registration form.
