IMPS 2013 was held in Arnhem, the Netherlands from July 23 through July 26, with preconference workshops on July 22.  The local organizing committee included Anton Béguin, Patricia Gillet, Herbert Hoijtink, Ellen Omvlee, and Saskia Wools. There were 338 participants representing 28 countries.
