Electricity
The standard voltage is 230 V with a frequency of 50 Hz, though some older buildings might use 220 V. When it comes to plugs, the most common plug type is a Type E, followed by a Type C (the standard “Euro” plug). In rare cases, you may also find type F plugs.
If your appliance has a different type of plug, you will need an adapter to connect it to a Czech outlet. Adapters can be purchased at electronics stores or airports.
