Quantitative Methods, Associate/Full Professor

The Department of Educational Psychology at Baylor University seeks to fill a position at the rank of associate or full professor for a quantitative methodologist who will advance an impactful methods-focused research agenda, support high quality research and collaboration, and provide effective teaching and mentorship to students in the department’s PhD programs (i.e., educational psychology, school psychology) as well as students from other graduate programs seeking methodological preparation for the social sciences.  Desired area(s) of expertise include, but are not limited to, structural equation modeling, psychometrics, longitudinal methods, multilevel modeling, and causal inference.
