Frontiers in Educational Measurement

FREMO is a new biennial conference organized by the Centre for Educational Measurement at the University of Oslo (CEMO) to collate the scientific community of educational measurement researchers. The conference hosts keynotes by Harvey Goldstein, Alina von Davier, Hua-Hua Chang, and Dylan Molenaar, and a pre-conference workshop on cognitive diagnostic models with Jimmy de la Torre and Wenchao Ma. Submit abstract proposals for presentations by February 4, 2018 in the contents areas of modern test design, psychometric modeling, innovative assessments, and comparative measurement. Measurement at the Crossroads

TIME: June 27-29, 2018

LOCATION: University Paris Diderot, France Laboratoire Sciences, Philosophie, Histoire (SPHERE), Paris

Measurement at the Crossroads is the third interdisciplinary conference to explore the history and philosophy of measurement after Dimensions of Measurement in Bielefeld (2013) and The Making of Measurement in Cambridge (2015). The organizers of the third conference, which will take place on 27-29 June 2018, in Paris, invite scholars interested in the history, philosophy and sociology of science to address questions related to measurement across disciplines ranging from the natural sciences to the life and human sciences. Call for papers EAM conference 2018, July 25 – 27 in Jena, Germany

The conference of the European Association of Methodology, will be held July 25 – 27, 2018 in Jena, Germany. The program will include pre-conference workshops, keynotes, state of the art presentations, symposia, paper contributions, and posters.
