IMPS 2019 Registration

Overview

Please Note: All prices are in US dollars (USD). Unless otherwise indicated, registration fees include:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Conference program at a glance 
  • Conference smart phone app 
  • Boxed lunches Tuesday to Friday
  • Morning and afternoon refreshments Tuesday to Friday
  • Welcome reception with appetizers
  • Wednesday afternoon/evening excursion
  • Friday evening conference banquet dinner

As a presenter, you must be registered by April 1, 2019 or your presentation will be removed from the program. A $100 processing fee will be applied if you cancel your registration before June 1, 2019 (midnight PST). A $50 processing fee will be applied if you cancel your short course registration before June 1, 2019 (midnight PST). After that, there will be no refunds of registration fees.

  • First 150 Latin American registrations‡: $350

Late Registration*

  • Latin American attendee‡: $475

Note: If you are a student who is currently not a member of the Psychometric Society, please consider joining the Society for only $25 per year! By becoming a student member, you will save at least $325 towards your conference registration. Click here for more information about becoming a member. 

During the conference, we will have one-day pass registrations available for $150 to non-students and $75 to students to attend the scientific program. This registration option is intended for interested persons in (a) specific lecture(s) or symposium(s). It does not give access to the welcome reception, excursion or conference banquet. Note that this registration option cannot be used if you submitted an abstract.

  • For everyone: $100

‡ Eligible as a Latin American attendee is anyone whose institution or office address is located in a Latin American country (defined as all countries south to the US on the American continent, including Suriname, Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles). Upon registration we will ask you to provide a link to your institution that can show us your Latin American affiliation, or provide a supervisor contact to verify your location. Persons with a nationality from a Latin American country but working outside of a Latin American country are not eligible. 
*A $100 processing fee will applied if you cancel your conference registration prior to May 31, 2019 (midnight PST). 
** A $50 processing fee will applied if you cancel your short course registration prior to May 31, 2019 (midnight PST).
After May 31, 2019, no refunds will be given.

Invitation Letter

Request an IMPS 2019 Invitation Letter

The Program Committee and Local Hosts are not responsible for establishing your travel arrangements or obtaining visas. However, in order to assist with the travel visa application process, we will provide upon request a letter of invitation to attend the Annual Meeting. Letters can be given to authors of papers that have been accepted and to non-authors who have paid the conference registration fee. The invitation letter will be provided in the form of a PDF file via email.
